We welcome guest contributions to this blog. We are particularly interested in contributions relating to:

  • domestic human rights law in Europe,
  • constitutional/public/administrative law,
  • the ECHR,
  • the EU Charter of Rights and Fundamental Freedoms
  • the rights of European citizens,
  • international human rights law, and
  • right to asylum and immigration law.

Your post must not have been previously published either on the web or in print. Your post should be between 500 and 2,000 words long. Posts should be accompanied by a short bio.

We may edit or change the blog as we see fit; but the post will not be published unless you have had a chance to read it after our editing. Nonetheless we retain throughout a right not to publish any contribution.

Guest bloggers must be willing to engage in debate via the discussion forum on their post.

We prefer posts in English as these have a larger audience. However, we are very pleased to have contributions in either French or German.

We prioritize those blogs that are exclusive to Eurorights.

Contributions should be sent to as an attachment. It will take us a few days to read and discuss a blog. In holiday periods it may take longer.

Our commenting and posting policy applies, mutatis mutandis, to guest blogs. We have an absolute right to refuse blogs that we believe are inconsistent with our posting policy.
