If you publish a posting you undertake that it will not be defamatory, actuated by malice, intentionally misleading, unlawful, threatening/intimidating, homophobic, racist, sexist, abusive or otherwise in any form or containing any material which might infringe the copyright or rights of third parties.

No advertising material will be placed on the blog by you nor any posting which contains malware or invites others to access any other material elsewhere which the user knows or has reason to believe contains malware.

By posting on Euro Rights Blog you agree personally to indemnify Euro Rights Blog and its editors and contributors from and against all claims, costs, and/or expenses arising out of any breach of this policy or by reason of that posting or its publication on the blog.

By sending a post to Euro Rights Blog, you grant an irrevocable, perpetual and royalty free licence to Euro Rights Blog to reproduce the post.

Notwithstanding anything in this policy Euro Rights Blog has an absolute right, at its discretion, to decline to display, or to omit, suspend, or change the content of your material accepted for display.
